Overview
▶ Unwinder
The unwinding setion controls back tension by AC servo motor calculating the change amount of unwinding tension. As a shaftless type with right and left movement while core chucking is fixed by pressure of air cylinder.
▶ Slitting Unit
Slitting Type: combined use of Razor and Shear knife
Operating Type: Interlocking flat belt and transport roll
▶ Re-winder
An individual center winding system driven by Sectional drive type of AC servo motors (Shaftless Type)
▶ Touch Roll Unit
Lay-on touch type - Automatic surface pressure control system controls the pressure of the cylinder in accordance with the value of surface pressure control through a converter
